Update: 17 April 2012: Scale massing within Maya complete
Following the concept art as my guide, I blocked out Hargeysa. I imported a few CoD4 soldier models for scale references and placed them throughout the scene. Some small tweaks here and there need to be made, but overall I think the scale is ok.

To be sure I nailed the scale correctly, I took multiple 'over-the-shoulder' shots with characters placed throughout. This was to establish proper line-of-sight in various areas of the map. The image to the left describes the view direction for the LOS images below.
